Terms and Conditions

  • We accept the bookings /request only in Indian Rupees hence all prices are in INR only.
  • Advance payment must be made at the time of Booking for any Trip/Services by Cash Deposit in to Bank/Net Banking/ Payment Gateway for Debit credit Card, any UPI Mobile Wallets and other payment options given on www.carbus.in & mobile app "CarBus Online"
  • All Terms and Conditions mentioned in this Website & Mobile app shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Law but only in Mumbai jurisdictions.
  • All Bookings, Correspondence, Conversation and contracts between user and Car Bus shall be made or conducted in the English / Hindi / Guajarati language only.
  • Accommodating animal like pet dog or any other, generally not allowed in travelling but on special request of user, we may consider with the consent of driver / fleet owner of vehicle preferred partner but on conformation not to harm in any manner to any Animal.
  • We hereby declare that, we do not own any types of vehicles but we are committed to provide you best possible service through our preferred Partners/fleet owners.
  • Rates are subject to change any time during festival season or as per market demand.
  • If you have booked Vehicle on our Website/Mobile app in well advance for the dates during festival season then present rates on that festival dates as per festival season will be applicable or as per current market demand.
  • While traveling, Duty slip (which is available with the driver) has to be filled and signed by the customer, if this has not been done by the customer no disputes will be entertained later.
  • The start and end Kms. will be calculated from our preferred partners/fleet owner’s Garage to Garage.
  • Driving speed of the vehicle should be as per the directions of the Regional Transport Office (RTO) only.
  • Parking charges, toll charges, permit charges, state entry border taxes, and police entry or other entry fees/ charges etc., must be paid by the customer only.
  • If we are not specified anything, all meter readings about distances/timings will be calculated from our preferred partners/fleet owners Garage to Garage.
  • Distances between two places is an intercity distance or from preferred partners/fleet owners Garage to Garage. Distance mentioned on the google maps website is approximate. Actual distance may differ depending on the exact Geographical Location of the points under consideration.
  • Car/ Bus or any other vehicle's air-conditioner will not work on hilly routes & also when the vehicle is not in the motions/running.
  • The customer is also not expected to request driver to make the air condition operational in the above mentioned cases.
  • The vehicle booked with us will be subject to availability. In case if the vehicle booked is not available due to any circumstances on the day of traveling, the customer will be provided with an alternative equivalent vehicle in the same segment as applicable or else full refund of advance received will be given within Three working days from the pickup date through the same mode of payment the customer has paid to us.
  • It may happen some times that for certain specific travel routes, the Car/Bus model which was reserved earlier by a customer online will not be able to actually run during travel dates due to the prevailing road conditions and/or the probable danger of natural disasters.
  • If the reasons are beyond the control of CarBus and our preferred partners / Fleet owners, in such a case CarBus will try to provide another CarBus model which is typically used in that region at an additional charge if required.
  • If booking is done for local transfer then this services are valid only within city limits. If vehicle booked for the local trip and after that if any request for outstation travel beyond city limits (Generally Toll Naka / check post /check Naka at city entry) will entitle the driver to deny services without any liability to refund the amount or outstation trip package charges will be additional over and above local trip charges without any discount or e-Cash deduction.
  • In case if any amendments are requested for any vehicle, the vehicle type request is subject to availability and also with all applicable additional charges.
  • The Package time & kilometer will start as soon as vehicle leaves from our preferred partners/fleet owner’s Garage. Customer is liable to pay waiting charges/extra charges/late night driver charges if applicable in the case of delay/extra km. /extra hours as per package (may be for any reason).
  • Traveler is liable to pay for any additional distance travelled and also for any additional hourly charges if applicable. Any unscheduled changes will attract additional charges as applicable.
  • Cars/Tempo Traveler/Mini Buses/Buses that are booked for outstation trip / one way trip / round trip & multicity trip cannot be used for local travel or if it is used for local travel then Traveler has to pay additional charges for local trip applicable.
  • In case traveler has selected outstation round trip but due to any reason if traveler has decided not to return back or end his journey at some place then customer is liable to pay all travel charges like toll charges, taxes or any other charges etc. which applicable till the vehicle returns back to its original location (Garage) after dropping the customer to his destination/desired place.
  • For any service of CarBus, Customer has to pay only mentioned charges on CarBus & should not pay any other extra charges demanded by the driver/ preferred partners/fleet owner’s while travelling.
  • In case of any emergency, request for amendment while mentioning the booking reference number and reason for amendment has to be made to our support team at CarBus and can be availed only if approve by our team after consent with Preferred partner / Fleet owner
  • Transfers with unspecified distance coverage will only include one way transfer either from airport or railway station or area location to a single location or vice versa. Pickups or drops from multiple locations are not included in such bookings.
  • CarBus cannot be hold accountable for any delay or consequential loss caused to the Traveler due to traffic jam or reasons beyond control of the driver or lapses on the part of the driver.
  • CarBus cannot be hold accountable for any loss, theft, damage, physical injury etc. suffered by the Traveler while availing its services.
  • In case of any Misconduct or Misbehavior by the Driver the customer should immediately report to the support team of CarBus at +918369531767 and share the experience while mentioning the Booking Reference Number.
  • In no event the entire liability of ‘CarBus’ for any loss or damage arising due to vehicle services or in the case of a valid refund claim shall not exceed the booking amount paid by the Traveler.
  • In case of any dispute parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Mumbai only.
  • In a scenario, where a Traveler already has received the Driver & Vehicle details and the vehicle hired does not show up on the day of travel, it will be considered as the failure of the preferred partner/Fleet Owners of CarBus. Being an online service provider we will take all necessary efforts to provide the customer an alternative mode of transport earliest, in the shortest possible time & if failing to do so will provide the Traveler a full refund as applicable or as actual paid by the customer, which will be processed in a maximum 3 working days from the day the vehicle travel was scheduled to begin.
  • CarBus is not liable to reimburse its customer for any expenses like hotel stay charges, flight ticket charges, food or any other type of monetary expenses which the customer had to bear as a result of no show of the vehicle on the day of planned Car/Tempo Traveler/Mini Bus/Bus/ or any vehicle travel or mechanical failure of the vehicle during Journey.
  • CarBus can send the vehicle only at the time for which booking has made & not early whatsoever be the emergencies may be.
  • The CarBus will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the accompanying luggage.
  • In case of breakdown of the vehicle CarBus will try to arrange the alternate vehicle & if not arranged then the fare for remaining portion of journey considering the nearest fare stage will be refunded.
  • The CarBus is not responsible for any loss of goods or property of the passengers and/or accident.
  • The Preferred partners / Fleet Owners shall not be responsible for any delay or inconvenience during the journey due to breakdown of the vehicle or other reasons beyond the control of them.
  • The trips are subject to cancellation or postponement due to breakdown of the vehicle for the trip. Under such circumstances, traveler will be intimated through email/phone as soon as possible and the full Booking amount which received by CarBus will be refunded.
  • Travelers are expected to sit as per the seating capacity mentioned in the vehicle description. And if customers seats more than seating capacity then whatever fine would have been charged by the Police/traffic police or any other Law authority then that charges will be borne by customers.
  • All Images used on the Website or mobile App for any promotional activities are only for representation purpose and the actual vehicle may differ.
  • Vehicle booked for outstation cannot be used for Local use even though vehicle running has not crossed minimum average km per day limit and similarly Vehicle booked for local use cannot be used for outstation.
  • CarBus booked under Local city trip Subservice name cannot be used for Local City Darshan purpose and hence cannot be used for travelling at tourist places in the city because City Darshan cost will be higher as its costing depends on various important factors.
