    General Booking Information:
    Cash Deposit in our current account / Net Banking / Credit / Debit Card Payment Gateway & all UPI Mobile Wallets.

    Cash Deposit:You can deposit cash in to our Current Accounts.Details of accounts given on Mobile App.

    Internet Banking:
    If you have an account with any of banks using Net Banking facilities, then you can pay for your booking through respective Bank's Net Banking options and the amount will be automatically debited from your account. "www.carbus.in" or Mobile App carbus online processes the payments through an online gateway system which enables safe and secure transaction. You canreceive confirmations of your payment on your Email as well as on Mobile.If you do not receive a confirmation of your payments made for your bookingswithin the stipulated time period of 24 hrs., then check your "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still you will not found, please contact our customer care.

    UPI Mobile Wallet:
    You can transfer yourPayment in to our Account by any UPI App. Our Registered Mobile No. for UPI App is +91 7400 32 33 34.

    How will I get my E Payment Receipt details?
    Your ePayment Receipt details will be sent to your email address provided by you at the time of making the payment for your Booking. The details will be also given to you over the whatsapp and normal message on your Registered Mobile Number.

    If you do not receive your epayment receipt within 24 hours of making your booking on CarBus please call a Customer Care / Whats App on +91 7400 32 33 34.

    Booking Policy:
    • 100 % Advance Payment for One way Pickup/Drop & for Local Booking.
    • 50 % Advance Payment required for confirming One Day Travel Booking.
    • Minimum 30 % Advance Payment required for confirming two days or more than two days Travel.Balance 70% of remaining payment must be made before Departure of your Travel.

    Refund Policy:
    If customer by mistake paid twice for Same Booking, the Extra Amount will be refunded via same source within 3 working days.

    Cancelation policy:
    • Cancellations and Returns of 100% money back to your account, if Car/Tempo Traveler/Mini Bus/Bus, do not report maximum within two hours of time given by Traveler.

    • If Driver is not professional and/or if Car/Tempo Traveler /Mini Bus/Bus condition are not satisfactory as per your expectations,And/or In case of natural calamity and/or unavoidable circumstances beyond control, return of payment does not effect in any of above Circumstances.

    • T.V., Music System, GPRS, Wi-Fi, Charging Cashs all are additional Services Provide by Operator. If All of that Or any of that is not working or not in proper condition, we are not responsible for same

    • Any cancellation or shortening of the trip has to be done before 9 Days of the trip. Please note that In case it is a multi-day trip, the charge for the one day would be deducted from the Refund amount. If it is a single day trip then no refund will be issued.

    • If the cancellation or shortening of the trip is requested within 72 hours of the pickup time, no refund will be issued.

    Complaints
    We are committed to provide excellent customer experience. However, we attend to complaints with diligence. We aim to respond to your complaints within 7 (seven) Working days. All complaints and feedback should be addressed to our Email ID. CarBus e-Cash:
    •CarBus applicable e-Cash will be credited to your account within 72 hours of the Registration as well as Travel completion if applicable.
    •CarBuse-Cash is non-transferable.
    •CarBuse-Cash are a part of promotional activity of CarBus Mobile App.
    • ‘CarBus’ reserves all rights for CarBuse-Cash and can be withdrawn at any time.
    • No coupon code required for Redemption of CarBus e-Cash.
    • Registered Members can maximum Redeem 200 CarBus e-Cash per day for any outstation Booking & Members can maximum Redeem 1000 of CarBus e-Cash for every booking.
    • Car Buse-Cash are not applicable on any GST amount.
    • Car Buse-Cash is only applicable on Mobile App bookings. For Offline booking no e-Cash are allowed.
    • Car Buse-Cash can be earned simply on Registration / New bookingson CarBus online Mobile App.
    • In case of cancellation of transaction, Customers will not be eligible for CarBus e-Cash.
    • Redemption of e-Cash cannot be clubbed with any other deal code/offer(s) of ‘CarBus’ online Mobile App
